Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

  • Bookings open 305 days in advance.  
  • Guests may rebook the current occupied site for the same time the following year.  
  • To secure a return booking, guests must call 08 9577 1021 within 30 days of departure.  
  • Rates are subject to change without notice & therefore any increase in updated prices would be implemented to existing bookings without prior notice. 
  • All bookings incur a transaction fee of $2.50.
  • A deposit of one (1) night’s tariff is payable at the time of booking
  • The balance of the booking is payable thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival.
  • The act of booking online or via phone is an acceptance of these terms and conditions.  


Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • 7 – 30 days’ notice: One night charge
  • Less than 7 days’ notice: Full booking charge (No refund)
     

A confirmation email with booking details will be provided. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that these details are correct at the time of booking.  

Check In and Out Times

  • Sites Check in: from 12pm 
  • Sites Check out: Strictly 10 am 

The cost of an additional day’s tariff may be automatically charged if a guest has not vacated the site/accommodation by the standard checkout time.

  • Chalets & Glamping Check in: 2pm 
  • Chalets & Glamping Check out: Strictly 10 am 

Site Conditions & Behaviour

  • Sites are allocated accordingly to guest’s advised camp set up size. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide accurate information at the time of booking and notify Guilderton Holiday Park of any changes to the camp set up size.  
  • If requiring an earlier check out date after arrival, please refer to cancellation policy.  
  • As a safety precaution, all camp setups must have drawbars facing towards the road for a quick unobstructed exit.  
  • Open fires are not permitted  
  • Gas BBQ’s only no heat beads or wood burning.  
  • Pets are prohibited  
  • Water bombs and sparklers are prohibited  
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to bring a 15-amp extension with a minimum length of 20metres for all powered sites.  
  • Generators are not permitted  
  • Please use the heated outside showers provided, to wash off all sand before entering the amenities. This will help us to avoid the inconvenience of blockages.  
  • Please use sullage points provided on all sites for grey water. 
  •  A dump point is located behind the amenities block. Cassettes are not to be emptied in toilets or sullage points.  
  • Rubbish: Please use the outdoor bins provided and leave your site or accommodation clear of litter on departure.   
  • Smoking: Please note smoking is prohibited in and around the perimeter of all Guilderton Holiday Park buildings.  
  • Vehicles: One car is allowed per site, and it must be parked on the right of the site not across the front of the site for safety reasons.  
  • Extra vehicles including trailers and boats must be parked in the overflow car park and not on a vacant site. If the overflow parking is full, guests will be required to park any additional vehicles in the paid foreshore car park, external to the Guilderton Holiday Park.  
  • Fish: Cleaning or dumping of fish is not permitted in the park.  

Chalets  

Beds are equipped with mattress protectors only. Please bring your own bedding & linen, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, bathmats & tea towels.  

The person named on the Booking Confirmation is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or its fittings. Guilderton Holiday Park reserves the right to recover the reasonable cost of damages.    

Damage to the Park    

The registered guest for each booking is responsible for the conduct of and liable for payment of any wilful or negligent damage to park property caused by all other guests or visitors within the reservation.  

Damage & Personal Injury    

Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, the Park and Belgravia Pro excludes any liability to the Guest Booking Agreement, tort, statute or in any other way for any injury, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), sustained by the Guest and/or any other person, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the Member, arising from or in connection with the Booking Contract and/or the services/products provided by the Centre and/or Belgravia Leisure, and/or any act or omission of the Park and/or Belgravia Leisure.    

Breach of Park Rules (Terms & Conditions)    

Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in a warning and any further breach will result in a second warning and your stay being terminated. A proven serious breach of the general conditions of entry may result in immediate termination of your stay without warning. The Guest, Belgravia Leisure, and the Park each hold reciprocal rights of termination for a material breach of any term or condition of the Accommodation Agreement.  

Privacy    

A Customer’s “personal information” (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 will only be used by the Park or Belgravia Pro to provide you with the services contemplated in accordance with your accommodation Contract. Please refer to the privacy statement on the website.
